I hate posts like this. For the last couple of months Kenai hasn't been doing so well. He had been losing weight and had lost some of his spunk. He was still a happy loving dog but the other day he wasn't eating anything ( even the canned cat food) so I got him an appointment at the vet and they weren't sure what was wrong but he had a fever and they gave me some antibiotics but he wouldn't take them. within a couple house he started bleeding and I rushed him back in and after 4 hours and a ton a tests it was determined he had a tumor in his lower intestine that had ruptured. After lots of tests and tears, talking over options more tears we decide the best thing was to put him out of his misery and let him go be with Dreako.
You were one special dog and we loved you so!!
