Water fun!

This summer we have spent as much time swimming as we can the boys love pools but we have most of our fun at the lakes and rivers.

Garden

The last two weeks we have been working on our front garden. I hated the bushes that were taking over the front of the house. So I asked Adrian to rip them out and he gladly did by hooking them up to the truck and happily ripped them out.

After much work (mostly on Adrian's part) This is our new front garden!! I love it, I have beautiful flowers and some strawberry plants that will have berries on them in a few weeks!!

The trip home

On our trip home we decided to go over the Aspen pass. It was so beautiful and kind a chilly it was 52* and we were just over 12thousand feet and could see the highest point in Colorado that is just under 15 thousand feet!

Last stop Panguitch

After we left Erin and Jordan's we headed back to Panguitch for a couple of days before going home.

Mclane wanted to sleep out on the trampoline. That was one of my favorite things to do as a kid in the summer! They lasted till about 4 in the morning when it started to rain. 

We made it back just in time for the Clove family reunion, I didn't have my camera so no picts of that other than of Mclanes injury he was trying to climb a hill with the big kids and slipped and fell.

On our last day there we went up to the gorge to have a cook out and just enjoy that beautiful area. And there is so much to do...

Always plenty of moms wonderful Dutch oven cooking,

a little but of rain,  and finding ways to keep dry!

Alyssa didn't like the smoke in her face and would ask us to splash water on her, Leave it to Katie to come up with a better way!

Tavin gave up on the whole out door thing and sat in the truck watching a movie!

Justin and Adrian decided that they were going to try and make fire using cave man methods

About an hour later still nothing, maybe next time guys!

We had a wonderful vacation and this was a great way to end it!

Erin and Jordans house

After Oregon we headed back to my sisters house and got to spend a couple of relaxing days with her and her family.

Adrian and Jax ( I love this cute little boy even if he doesn't like me to much)

The first day there we went to the swimming pool at the Aquatic center the boys loved the slide.

(I still have bruises on my legs from that ride)

We are glad the we could spend some time with Erin, Jordan and their kids, and appreciate them letting us crash at their place on our way to and from Oregon!
