Spring soccer is in full swing this year and it has been cold! several of our games have been played on crispy frosted fields dressed in hats and mittens, Tavin is doing a great job and enjoying every moment and is becoming quite the little soccer pro! We love watching him play and how hard he works!

Cliff dwellings
For our first day of spring break we decided to finally go see the Aztec cliff dwelling that are out in Manitu. I cant believe that we have lived here for 5 years and just now went out and saw them! They aren't native to this area they were relocated from Durango in 1902. It took from 1902-1907 before it was finished. It was a hands on and the boys enjoyed running around and looking at everything. Adrian and I read the markers to them and I think they learned a bit about the cliff dwellings too!
We got lucky and on the day we decided to go the people from the wolf sanctuary just happened to be out at the cliff dwellings and we were able to see a couple of the wolfs. The one in the picture is Ghost, he is almost two years old and not full grown! He was so friendly and just loved Declan! Ghost liked to follow D around while he was running around the cliff dwellings and would sniff and lick him. Kinda bummed we didn't get any pictures of that!

Snow boarding
Ever since Mclane could walk Adrian has wanted to teach him how to snow board, this week the stars finally aligned and he was able to take both Mclane and Tavin up to monarch pass and teach them to snow board!
The boys had a blast and Adrain said they were quick learners. They couldn't have asked for a nicer day to be up on the Mt either! Hopefully they will be able to go again soon!
