Christmas time!

 With December comes recitals and Christmas programs!

the boys both played really well.

Mclane had his 4 grade band recital and then was the ward Christmas party and the sunbeams sung a song and jingled bells!

 Just before Christmas we got an early present, getting to know what we were having. The boys (mostly Mclane) were hoping for a girl. THey were so excited to get what they wanted!! 

Good bye Kenai!

 I hate posts like this. For the last couple of months Kenai hasn't been doing so well. He had been losing weight and had lost some of his spunk. He was still a happy loving dog but the other day he wasn't eating anything ( even the canned cat food) so I got him an appointment at the vet and they weren't sure what was wrong but he had a fever and they gave me some antibiotics but he wouldn't take them. within a couple house he started bleeding and I rushed him back in and after 4 hours and a ton a tests it was determined he had a tumor in his lower intestine that had ruptured. After lots of tests and tears, talking over options more tears we decide the best thing was to put him out of his misery and let him go be with Dreako.

You were one special dog and we loved you so!!

November, Thanksgiving, & tree hunting

 November marked the three month point of baby #4 I am starting to show and couldn't keep it a secret any longer!

 Earlier in the month we got our first good snow, and all the kids were super excited and couldn't wait to go sledding. This it turned out wasn't a great idea, Mclane (who just finished physical therapy for his knee) wrecked into a rock and fractured his collar bone. it was another trip to the Urgent care for us and a sling on his arm for two weeks!

 Mclanes class did a play about Camelot he played athe part of one of the nights, he did such a great job with his lines!

 While home in Panguitch for Thanksgiving we went t a fundraiser and true to our boys nature Tavin fell and hit his nose, we thought it was broken but thankfully we have our own EMT, Aunt Katie who looked at it and said it didn't look broken!

Mclane wanted to do wrestling this year and went to the first practice, but after that I decided his knee needed to heal a bit more.
