Pictures with Grandma H

 When ever we are home we try and go over to Grandma Heywoods house and visit with her with out all the craziness that ensues at mom and dads house. (To much noise bothers Grandam)

I always realize after we go home that I never get a picture with Grandam and the boys.

I love my Grandma and enjoy getting to visit with her. I loved living next door to her and getting to spend so much time with her. It makes me happy to hear her tell me how much she loved having us next door too.

The Nativity

Growing up one of my favorite Christmas traditions was to go up to Grandma and Grandpa Heywoods house for Christmas eve and do the Nativity. 

It's made me sad that living so far away we haven't been able to be home for Christmas eve and missed out on this tradition. So this year everyone decided it didn't have to be on Christmas eve so we did it after Christmas when all of us kids and our families could be there and participate in it!

Drew was our Joseph this year and Alyssa our Marry, Declan was supposed to be baby Jesus but was rather uncooperative.

 Bostyn and Camri were our angles and Alex, Mclane, Tavin and Jax were our shepherds. 

 Dad, Steve, and Adrian were our um.."wise' men!

Christmas vacation

This is quit a long post with lots of pictures

The day after christmas we loaded up and headed out to Panguitch for a few days.

The boys always have so much fun at G&G Shishes with all their cousins.

We were very happy that there was snow in Panguitch since we hadn't had much yet in CO. So we hooked up the sleds to the 4-wheelers and Adrian and Jordan spent the better part of a day pulling the kiddos around the pasture!

Every year the kids draw out names to exchange christmas presents, normally we mail them or something this year we decided to just wait till we were all home and let them open them together.

The suspense waiting their own turn was harder for some than others!

I dont think he was happy with what he got!

Declan got a little piano that was very popular

With every one!!

Happy happy adults...uh I think!

As always we play the Wii and Alyssa and Camri got a new dance game

and every one had a lot of fun playing it.

Some of the moves that these kids were pulling were great, and its a good way to wear them all out for bed time!
