Fathers Day!

Happy Fathers Day to my wonderful husband. Adrian is such a wonderful dad and loves to spend time with his boys. For Fathers day this year I had seen an idea on Pintrist and thought it would be a good idea 3 boys 3 letters here are some of the pictures!

I printed this one out and framed it for Adrian to put in his work truck!

Mclane is 7

How did seven years pass so quickly!

How did you go from this sweet little baby

 To this handsome little boy!
After seeing Bostyn's birthday pictures Mclane declared he wanted a birthday doughnut!
So that is what he got.. with some eggs. Only he thought all he was getting was eggs, he was super surprised to get a doughnut with candles when he sat down!
That afternoon Tavin had a birthday party to go to for a friend at chucky cheese to I told Mclane to invite a friend and we would go to. So he asked his friend Evan since he had to miss the party!

Evan gave him an army cap with his name on it!
 His giant birthday cupcake

More Legos from G&G Shish, his brothers and mom and dad. And lots of cards and money from everyone who live far away!

Wrestling Camp

This week the boys did a wrestling camp. It was only three days of learning basic technique and practicing then a tournament on Thursday.

Tavin was the youngest kid and of course the smallest one there!
Practicing their stance and shuffle
Mclane was paired up with the only girl that sighed up but he also learned a lot from her, because her three older brothers were wrestlers and one of them was one of the coaches.
The kid next to Tav was the next smallest!

Declan wanted to get out there and wrestle too.

The night of the tournament they went out on the football field so they could be under the lights!
Tavin was up first, and even though he lost he went all three rounds and put up a good fight.

Next up was Mclane and he had a great time he never took it very serious and thought it was great when he was pinned!
Tavins second match, another loss and he was a little upset but he still wants to do it again in the fall!

Proud daddies on the field
Mclanes second match went a bit better, he still lost but he made it through all three rounds this time!

The kids were supposed to go three rounds each but as you can see this storm moved in rather quick and they had to rap things up and hurry to give out medals
They both did a great job and tried really hard and we couldn't be prouder of them!

Mclanes 7th birthday party

This year for Mclanes birthday he wanted a Ninjago (lego ninjas) theme, and we decided to do it a couple weeks early since most of his friends go on vacation in June!
Some of the decorations

The thank you gifts that we gave out.
A big thanks to my awesome sister Erin for cutting out the ninjagos!
Lego blocks cake! It turned out better than I thought it would!
 Ninjago water!

 Ninjago pinata
Pin the throwing star on the Ninjago.
It got a bit crumpled and ripped while we had to quickly bring everything in side.
The forcast all week for Saturday was warm and sunny.. until Friday after noon, Thunder storms in the afternoon. but we decided to try and have it out side hoping the rain would wait till after 3:00...
It didn't!
The kids all had fun any way despite the 30 min down pour after they grabbed balloons and played belly bump

Because of the rain we had to do the pinata inside, my banister got a couple of good wacks!

 Mclanes turn!

 Time for singing and cake!

 And present opening...

Thanks for all the great presents!
Now back to balloon belly bumping!

Despite the rain everyone had a great time, and Mclane declared it was the best birthday party ever!!
