Hiking in January

We have had the weirdest weather here in Colorado, the last week it has been in the high 60's and mid 70's. So what else would we do but enjoy the outdoors.

There are a lot of places to go hiking here in the Springs and we came across this place that is only a few min from our house. Mclane loves to be out and loves to hike and climb on rocks.

It is hard to tell but the little figures at the top are Adrian and Mclane (Mclane is waving)

Here is Tavin ridding along on my back he has the tough job. (Why am I carrying the baby well he doesn't like to have Adrian carry him and someone needs to climb with Mclane and I'm not good with balance)

Dreako loves to go as well he gets to get off his leash and run, however he doesn't like it when the boys climb up on rocks and he cant follow.

Bowling

After a hard day of fixing thing at the house we decide to take the boys bowling!

Mclane loves to bowl you cant tell because he also hates to have his picture taken.

Mclane has his own interesting way of getting the ball down the ally but it works his average is an 80 something

Tavie loves to bowl to but his handy capt is that he also wants to chase the ball
his favorite part is the good food he loves the hot dogs at the bowling ally. And Adrian likes the burgers to (he is mad that I put this pict hehehe)

Honey do list.

Unfortunately with buying a home there are the inevitable "honey do's" that come with it.

One of our major ones was the fence Dreako had decided that he was going to tear out some of the plank's and escape.

This also means the little monsters that I love can also escape.
This weekend we had unusually warm weather for January (like 65). So I decided that it would be a perfect time to ask my Honey to fix the fence.

And of course monkey see monkey do. Mclane saw Adrian hold the nails in his mouth so he had to also.
He is such a good helper to his dad!

They also fixed the gate but I didn't take a Pict of that!

An other project was we had to re calk a couple of the windows. next on our list is to finish the garage with lights and insulation. wish us luck, we will keep you posted!

Weekend with Dad

Even thought Adrian's truck broke down it was a blessing since he got to spend extra time with his dads side of the family and got to meet every one.This was at his Grandma Sue's house

Adrian was so happy that he got to spend the extra time with his dad's side of the family and to get to meet every one. He cant wait to go back and take the boys and me.

Welcome home Daddy

Adrian finnaly made it home not after a few bumps. His truck broke down and he was delayed for four days, but it did have its up side he got to spend extera time with his dad and that side of his family.For me I was just glad to have him home it was the best present I got this year.
The boys are very happy to have their daddy home for good, Mclane has been glued to Adrians side since he got here.

Tavin is warming up to Adrian pretty good he has his moments where he only wants mom but he seams to like him.

Christmas Day

Back in Colorado we celebrated Christmas on January 2nd because we wanted to have Adrian home. That was my present!Mclane got his "race car bike" that he wanted so bad. He is pretty good at riding it all ready

But thanks to Adrian this is the finished product the boys are having a lot of fun with it.

I didn't get many pictures of the rest of there presents but they got spoiled this year.

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas everyone I know I am extremely late getting this on but our Christmas was postponed till new years this year.

Here are the boys with Santa thanks to G&G Fischer I was sick with the flu and it was our last chance to see Santa.
Mclane talked about when he got to see Santa he was going to as for a race car bike but he froze up and said nothing
